We are different because it is not what we do that matters as much as the way in which we do it. We don’t pay lip service to our aims and objectives. We are passionate about them.

We aim to become a recognised centre of excellence and in order to achieve that we know that the service we deliver must be exceptional, not the same and not similar.
So how do we set ourselves apart from everybody else? We differ because we’re defiant. We defy a normal rule of a profit making organisation which is, if the customer wants quality they have to pay substantially more for it. We don’t believe that. We believe the customer deserves quality always, no matter the price and should only pay a fair price for a product based upon the cost of making that product the skill applied.
We provide a sterling service but with the added value of paying less, not more for that privilege. After all it is our privilege to work for you.
So, how are we able to provide a sterling service for less?
Computer literacy is essential to the success of any business today. Computers and in particular case management systems benefit firms and contribute to reducing overheads and costs. However, many high street firms are now only just waking up to that fact. They have some catching up to do in terms of training their staff and “bedding down” their technology, all of which takes time and costs money.
Many high street firms have stratospheric staffing costs. Until the rewards are visible and the benefits felt in terms of profitability, it means they must maintain their high, price levels to cover costs. This means the end cost to you the client is higher than it need be because often you end up paying for an organisation’s inefficiency.
We use technology and we use it in a way that streamlines the conveyancing process making it simpler, cheaper, quicker and more efficient. We have already seen the benefits it can bring in terms of saving time and money. We do not have to “wait and see”. This enables us to price our products fairly.
Just as we like to get the most out of people, we also like to get the most out of technology. This enables us to keep our staffing costs/ overheads down thereby reducing the overall burden to business. This reduced burden transforms into a benefit which can be passed on to you the client and is directly reflected in the level of fees we charge. We believe there is no excuse for charging a client a higher price in order to cover unnecessary overheads. That is not paying for quality. That is paying for waste.
We do not offer conveyor belt conveyancing. We offer a personal one to one service with a human being answering your calls not a call centre. Quality does come at some price and so we are not cheap but we are not expensive either and we are certainly not wasteful.
We are ethical in our pricing and our prices are fair.
So, it is not just our standards and our principles that make us attractive but the quality of service we provide and the price you pay. That price is fair and fixed and there are no hidden extras.
A deal is a deal
When you take your car to the garage you pay for labour and parts and you know what the costs are beforehand (or at least it is advisable to find out what they are before the event, lest you end up with a nasty shock). Although there are no nasty shocks, the same is true of us. We tell you what the costs are at the outset and they don’t change..
When it comes to fees we guarantee there are no hidden extras.

Our office whilst modern and fully functional is set in the grounds of a 17century former priory, blending old with new which is the essence of the service we provide. A genuine and principled business, in a modern world , retaining a sense of charm.
